  • Students must upload a valid student ID card during registration form submission.
  • Registration includes access to all technical sessions and e-proceedings.

The use of existing/published author's language, including their research flow/process, data, results/phrasing, and phrasing without citation of the source research piece, will be considered an unacceptable and inadmissible breach of their professional conduct at the conference.

Paper Preparation Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high-quality, unpublished research papers in PDF format. Manuscripts must strictly adhere to the IEEE standard double-column conference layout.

  • Language: All papers must be written in grammatically correct English.
  • Page Limit: The manuscript should not exceed 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Typography: Use 10-point Times New Roman font in standard IEEE two-column format.
  • Extra Pages: Maximum 2 extra pages are permitted with additional charges of ₹2,000 per page ($30 for foreign authors).
  • Headers & Footers: Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers in the initial or final manuscript.
  • Mode of Presentation: The conference will be conducted in physical mode on campus. Online presentation is permitted exclusively for registered international authors.
  • Author Registration: At least one author must complete full conference registration prior to the camera-ready deadline.

All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE quality criteria, review policies, and scope standards. IEEE Xplore is indexed in leading global databases including Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar.

Plagiarism & IEEE Publication Ethics

Zero-Tolerance Plagiarism Policy: All submissions will undergo strict automated plagiarism screening using Turnitin / iThenticate. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 10% will be rejected immediately without review.

  • Submissions must represent original, unpublished work and must not be concurrently under review elsewhere.
  • Proper citation must be provided for all third-party figures, formulas, models, and data sets.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude any paper from IEEE Xplore if the author fails to present it during the scheduled session.
  • IEEE takes strict disciplinary action against publication ethics and authorship violations.
